Port of Tasmania

Ingredients

  • 20mL sugar syrup
  • 30mL Lark Distillers Selection Whisky 46%
  • 20mL Lark Quiet Cannon Rum
  • 20mL Seppeltsfield Port
  • Dash of aromatic bitters and orange bitters

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients together in an ice-filled shaker.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a twist of orange.
