Located on the beautiful island state of Tasmania, we are a producer of premium distilled spirits and liqueurs. Every product we create is the result of our attention to detail, craftsmanship and care to create amazing flavour profiles that are unique and memorable.
Our Philosophy can be summarised into three words, quality over quantity.
We aspire to produce great spirit and believe that a great spirit comes about because of the quality of the raw ingredients, the constant improvement of the process and the care given to it during production.
That is why we ensure that every bottle we produce receives the level of attention required to craft it to perfection. As such, we only make a limited number of bottles per batch and they will only be bottled when they are ready and never a day before.
When you come to visit you will meet us in the surroundings where we work and meet the owner/distiller and the team doing the things that result in premium, small batch products that live up to the name Nonesuch (noun: something without equal, a paragon).
As we are situated on the scenic Rayburn Farm you might also like a peep inside the farm barn with its store of old machinery, carriages, carts and implements.
Nonesuch Single Malt Whisky is patiently maturing with an expected first release early-2019.
